*Sift the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder. *Beat the eggs & salt. *Powder the sugar. Method: *Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius. *In a bowl,add butter & sugar together and mix it well. Then add the beaten eggs, the flour mix little by little then pour milk & the essence, mix it well. *Grease the the tray with butter. Pour the cake mixture & decorate it with the cashew nuts. *Bake the cake for about 35 min. *Let it cool & serve. |
