                            Dal keerai (murungai keerai)


Ingredients:

murungai keerai              1 big cup
toor dal                            1/4 cup
onion                                1
green chilli                       2
garlic                                5 cloves
tomato                              1
salt                                   to taste
oil                                     2 tbsp
mustard seeds                 1/2 tsp
urad dal                            1/2 tsp
jeera                                 1/4 tsp
red chilli                           2
hing (optional)                 a pinch
water                                1/2 cup

Directions:

In a presure cooker, add dal, chopped onion, gr.chilli, garlic, tomato, water.
Let them cook for atleast 3 wistle.
When the dal is cooked add keerai, then cook for 2 wistle.
Then add salt and smash it well by using blender.
In another cadai, add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, jeera, red chilli, hing one by one fry and add to the keerai.

Prawn fry

                                                                   Prawn fry






Ingredients:


Prawn                          200g
salt                              to taste
chilli pwd                     1/2 tsp
tandoori pwd               1 tsp
ginger garlic paste     1/2 tsp
lime juice                    1/2 tsp
red colour(opt)           few drops
oil                                for fry


Directions:


Marinate the prawn with all the ingredients.(Except oil). Then deep fry in a cadai.


Tips:
Do not over cook the prawn . Else it will become like rubber.
