Directions:


In a bowl,soak channa dal ,first blend cinnamom,red chilli and cumin then add channa dal and coarsly blend .Add the rest of the ingredients ,make into flat dumplings and deef fry in medium heat till golden color and crispy.

Ingredients:

  • Chopped snake gourd                2 cups
  • channa dal                                 1/4 cup
  • onion                                             1 medium
  • green chillies                                3
  • garlic                                             8 cloves
  • turmeric pwd                             1/2 tsp
  • salt                                              to taste
  • ground coconut paste                2 tbsp
  • water                                        1 & 1/2 cups
  • coriander leaves  
                  
             For the tempering:
    • oil                                                   2 tbsp
    • mustard seeds                           1 tsp
    • urad dal                                         1 tsp
    • fennel (sombu)                              1 tsp
    • curry leaves                                  2 springs
    • hing                                                a pinch
    • red chillies                                     2
    Directions:

    • In a cooker, add channa dal &  water and cook for at least 3 wistle.
    • Then open it ,add the snake gourd,onion,green chillies,salt,turmeric pwd and cook for another 2 wistles.
    • In a cadai, add oil,mustard seeds, urad dal, fennel,crushed garlic,curry leaves,red chillies, hing pwd.
    • Then add the cooked snake gourd.Add the coconut paste and cook till the water dry.
    • Then garnish with coriander leaves.

    Directions | How to make Chocolate Cake
    *Sift the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder. *Beat the eggs & salt. *Powder the sugar. Method: *Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius. *In a bowl,add butter & sugar together and mix it well. Then add the beaten eggs, the flour mix little by little then pour milk & the essence, mix it well. *Grease the the tray with butter. Pour the cake mixture & decorate it with the cashew nuts. *Bake the cake for about 35 min. *Let it cool & serve.

    Directions:

    In a bowl add chicken cornflour,salt,ajinamoto,egg mix well and add pepper powder mix again.
    Deep fry these chicken and keep aside.
    In another pan add little oil, red chillies, chopped ginger and garlic slices mix well then add  onions, bell pepper cubes, celery, spring onion, chilli powder, pepper pwd, soya sauce, chilli garlic paste mix well then add ajinamoto, sugar, salt mix well and then add chicken stock or water bring it a boil and then add chicken mix well then add the cornflour mixed in water about 4tps cook for few mins and the chilli chicken is ready.
